1. Return Window


Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Final‑sale, personalized, or hygiene items are non‑returnable

3. How to Return


  1. Email us at info@thepeelco.co.nz with your order number and return reason
  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions
  3. Send the item back with tracking
  4. Keep proof of shipment

4. Refund Processing


  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error
